Clearskincare Orders

Most orders placed on the Clearskincare website are dispatched within 48 hrs of payment being cleared, except on weekends and public holidays (Orders are processed & dispatched on Tuesdays & Fridays).

Orders are posted by -

  • Standard mail within Australia - delivery in 3-6 working days of orders being dispatched  
  • EXPRESS Post within Australia - 1-3 working days
  • Standard airmail worldwide - 6-20 working days (1-4 weeks) 
  • Registered Post International worldwide - 3-14 working days (0.5-2 weeks)

International buyers are responsible for all country specific customs charges & taxes on all imported goods.

Buyer pays all shipping.

Only faulty goods are refundable. Shipping and handlings are not refundable. Buyer pays for all shipping associated with refund returns.
